We use information for detecting, investigating, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents, for complying with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws, regulations, codes, bylaws, and industry standards including the Ontario Building Code, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board requirements, and all applicable privacy legislation, and for enforcing our contractual rights and protecting the interests of the Company, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and customers.
Cookies, Tracking Technologies & Advertising
The Site deploys cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, JavaScript tags, local storage, session storage, and other tracking technologies operated by us and by authorized third parties. These technologies are used to facilitate core Site functionality, maintain session state, recognize returning visitors, collect analytics and behavioural data, measure advertising campaign performance, attribute conversions across devices and sessions, build audience segments for remarketing and lookalike targeting, conduct testing and personalization, and for all other purposes described in this Policy.
Third-party technologies deployed on the Site include, without limitation, those operated by Google (including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and related Google services), Meta Platforms Inc. (including Facebook Pixel and Conversions API), Microsoft (including Microsoft Advertising UET), and any additional analytics, advertising, or optimization platforms we may integrate in the future at our sole discretion. By using the Site, you consent to the placement and reading of all such cookies and tracking technologies. You may modify cookie settings through your browser preferences; however, doing so may impair or disable certain Site functionality, and we accept no responsibility for degraded user experience resulting from such modifications.
Information Sharing & Disclosure
We may share, disclose, transfer, or make available your information to third parties under the following circumstances and for the following purposes, without limitation: to authorized technology service providers, cloud hosting providers, data storage providers, customer relationship management platforms, project management tools, scheduling and dispatching software providers, communication platforms, email delivery services, SMS and telephony service providers, payment processors, and any other vendors or contractors that provide services necessary to support our business operations. We may share information with advertising platforms, analytics services, marketing automation tools, attribution platforms, and data management platforms for measuring, optimizing, and improving our advertising and marketing activities. We may also share with professional advisors including accountants, lawyers, insurers, and consultants, or with any party in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, or other corporate transaction involving all or part of the Company.
We may disclose information to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, governmental authorities, courts, or other parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or others. We do not sell your personal information in exchange for monetary consideration; however, certain data sharing activities described herein may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under certain privacy laws, and this disclosure is intended to provide full transparency regarding those practices.
Photographs, Images & Visual Content
The Site contains photographs, images, renderings, and visual content depicting completed projects, work in progress, construction sites, building materials, tools, finishes, and other subject matter related to the drywall, insulation, and construction trades. While we make reasonable efforts to display images that accurately represent the quality and scope of our services, we do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that all photographs, images, or visual content displayed on this Site depict work performed exclusively by ROZI Contractors or its employees. Some images may depict work completed by industry partners, sub-trades, affiliated contractors, or may be stock imagery, manufacturer-supplied content, or sourced from suppliers and industry resources used for illustrative and educational purposes.
If you believe that any photograph, image, or visual content displayed on this Site depicts your proprietary work, your property, or infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may contact us at estimates@rozicontractors.com with a detailed description of the content in question, proof of ownership or authorization, and a request for removal. We will review all such requests in good faith and, where appropriate, promptly remove or replace the content in question. Submission of a removal request does not create any legal obligation, admission of liability, or acknowledgement of ownership by the Company.
Marketing, Promotions & Advertising Claims
From time to time, the Site, our social media channels, our email communications, and our digital and print advertising may feature promotional offers, pricing examples, estimated savings, project timelines, testimonials, service descriptions, competitive comparisons, or other marketing statements (collectively, “Marketing Content”). All Marketing Content is provided for informational and illustrative purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, guarantee of pricing, guarantee of availability, guarantee of timeline, or contractual commitment of any kind.
Pricing examples, estimated savings figures, project timelines, and any other numerical claims presented in Marketing Content are illustrative estimates based on typical project parameters and historical data. Actual pricing, savings, timelines, and project outcomes vary significantly based on project scope, site conditions, material costs, labour availability, building code requirements, inspection schedules, weather conditions, change orders, and numerous other factors that cannot be determined until a formal site assessment and written proposal have been completed by ROZI Contractors. No Marketing Content should be relied upon as a substitute for a formal, written estimate or contract.
Testimonials, reviews, and client feedback displayed on the Site represent the individual experiences of those particular clients and are not intended to represent or guarantee that every client will achieve the same or similar results. Past performance on specific projects does not guarantee identical outcomes on future projects.
Service Descriptions & Scope Limitations
Descriptions of services provided on this Site are general in nature and intended to give prospective clients an overview of our capabilities. The specific scope, terms, conditions, pricing, timelines, warranties, and deliverables for any project are determined exclusively by the written contract, proposal, or work order agreed upon between ROZI Contractors and the client. In the event of any conflict between the content on this Site and the terms of a signed contract or proposal, the signed contract or proposal shall prevail in all cases.
We do not guarantee that all services described on this Site are available in all locations, at all times, or at the pricing examples shown. Availability of specific services, materials, and crew deployment is subject to scheduling, seasonal demand, material supply chain conditions, and other operational factors. ROZI Contractors reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ROZI Contractors, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your reliance on any information or content provided on the Site, any errors or omissions in Site content, any interruption or cessation of Site availability, any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, or any other matter relating to the Site, regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Site and all content, information, materials, and services provided through the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability.
Third-Party Links & External Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by ROZI Contractors. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, practices, availability, or accuracy of any third-party sites or services. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by ROZI Contractors. You access third-party sites entirely at your own risk, and we strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policies and terms of service of any external site before providing personal information or engaging with their content.
Data Retention & Storage
We retain all collected information for as long as we deem necessary or appropriate at our sole discretion to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain accurate business records, to support ongoing and future business operations, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and to protect our legitimate business interests. The duration of retention may vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, applicable legal requirements and limitation periods, operational needs, and other factors determined by the Company. Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely for analytics, historical analysis, and business intelligence purposes.
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of any information. You acknowledge that you transmit information to us at your own risk. In the event of a data breach that meets the threshold for notification under applicable law, we will provide notice as required. The Company shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access to, or use or disclosure of, information that occurs despite our commercially reasonable security measures, except to the extent such liability is imposed by applicable law and cannot be contractually limited.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, illustrations, page layouts, colour schemes, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement thereof — is the property of ROZI Contractors or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without the prior written consent of ROZI Contractors, except as strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Site as intended.
The ROZI name, ROZI Contractors name, and all associated logos, taglines, and trade dress are trademarks or service marks of the Company. Unauthorized use of any of these marks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Subject to certain legal and contractual limitations, you have the right to withdraw your consent from the processing of your personal information by ROZI Contractors. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide you with certain services, respond to your inquiries, or engage with you as requested. To withdraw your consent, you may submit a written request to our Privacy Contact (details provided below) at any time. ROZI Contractors will inform you of the implications of such withdrawal within thirty (30) days of receiving your written request. Any withdrawal of consent applies on a go-forward basis only and does not affect the lawfulness of information handling practices that were previously undertaken based on your prior consent.
Age of Consent
ROZI Contractors does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals who are minors under the age of majority in the Province of Ontario. If you are under the age of majority, you must access or use the Site only with the permission and direct involvement of your parent or legal guardian. Where consent is required from individuals who are minors, seriously ill, or mentally incapacitated, ROZI Contractors will seek consent from a parent, legal guardian, or person holding power of attorney for such individual.
Phone Call Recording
For the purposes of maintaining quality service, training, dispute resolution, and record-keeping, telephone calls to ROZI Contractors may be recorded. If your call is subject to recording, you will be advised at the beginning of the call or prior to speaking with a representative. By continuing the call after such notice, you consent to the recording of the conversation. Recorded calls are stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Social Media & Public Forums
If you post a review, comment, photograph, or otherwise submit personal information on a public forum such as our social media accounts, Google reviews, third-party review platforms, or any public-facing area of the Site, your communications may be viewable by the general public. ROZI Contractors is unable to control what third parties may do with content you voluntarily share in public forums. You should take all necessary precautions to protect your private information by not posting or publishing any information that you do not want accessible in the public domain. While we strive to maintain a professional and respectful online presence, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or actions of third-party social media platforms.
Automated Decision Systems
ROZI Contractors may utilize technology that collects or processes personal information to generate estimates, recommendations, scheduling decisions, or other outputs based on automated processing. You may request information regarding any automated decisions that have been made using your personal information, including the reasoning and parameters that contributed to those decisions. You may also request correction of any personal information used in an automated decision-making process by contacting our Privacy Contact.
Limiting the Collection of Personal Information
ROZI Contractors takes reasonable measures to ensure that personal information you provide is accessed internally only by individuals who require such access to perform their duties, and externally only by service providers with a legitimate and documented purpose. We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information for marketing purposes with unaffiliated third parties unless you have expressly consented to such sharing. We limit the personal information provided to our affiliate and third-party service providers to the minimum extent necessary for them to deliver their services, and we do not permit these providers to use your personal information for their own independent purposes.
Accuracy & Correction of Personal Information
ROZI Contractors takes reasonable steps to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up-to-date as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. If you identify any incorrect, incomplete, or outdated personal information in our records, you may request correction by contacting our Privacy Contact. We will remedy verified errors on a timely basis. If inaccurate personal information has been shared with a third party, we will communicate the correction to that third party where reasonably possible.
Your Rights: Access, Deletion & Transfer
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you. Upon verification of your identity, we will provide you with a copy of the personal information we have collected, along with information about how it is being processed. We may need to request specific identifying information from you to confirm your identity and your right to access such data as a security measure.
In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we delete or remove your personal information where there is no legitimate business or legal reason for us to continue processing it. You may also request deletion where you have successfully exercised your right to withdraw consent, or where we are required by applicable law to erase your personal information. We may not always be able to comply with a deletion request for specific legal or contractual reasons, which will be communicated to you in writing within thirty (30) days of your request.
You may also request the transfer of your personal information to a third party in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. This right applies to information you have directly provided to us with your consent or information processed in the performance of a contract with you.
Breach Notification
In the event that there is a breach of our security safeguards involving your personal information, including unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, or other compromise, and where there is a reasonable risk that significant harm may come to you as a result of that breach, ROZI Contractors will notify you of the breach as soon as feasible and report the breach to the applicable Privacy Commissioner as required under Canadian privacy legislation. We will provide you with sufficient information about the breach to allow you to understand its nature and scope, and to take any steps you deem appropriate to protect yourself.

Your personal information will be processed and stored in Canada. ROZI Contractors does not intentionally transfer personal information outside of Canada. However, certain third-party service providers used by the Company (including cloud hosting, analytics, advertising platforms, and communication tools) may process or store data on servers located outside of Canada, including in the United States. By using the Site and providing your personal information, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility that your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside of Canada where data protection laws may differ.
